Cases and standing orders
Beef sticks by the case, shipped anywhere.
Sticks are shelf stable, so bulk is straightforward. Tell us roughly how many you go through and we will quote a case price and hold them back from each batch.
Who buys them by the case
- Gyms and trainers, for the front counter and for clients who want something to eat that is not a bar made of syrup.
- Offices, where the alternative is a bowl of chips nobody feels good about.
- Job sites and truck cabs, because they keep in a glovebox in August.
- Hunting and fishing camps, for the same reason.
- Shops and farm stands that want a local stick with a name behind it rather than another national brand.
How pricing works
Call and tell us the volume. We will give you a case price and a realistic date, because the supply is tied to when cattle finish rather than to a warehouse.
We do not run a tiered discount table. A small shop taking a steady case a month is worth more to us than a one-off pallet, and we would rather price it in a conversation than pretend a spreadsheet knows your situation.
How much protein is in one?
We do not have a lab number yet, so we are not going to print one.
The nutrition panel is out for testing. Until it comes back, any figure we published would be a guess with a decimal point on it. This matters more than it sounds in this category, because protein content is the number everyone leads with and very few people can tell you where theirs came from.
What we can tell you now is the ingredient list: beef, red wine vinegar and Redmond sea salt. When the panel lands, the numbers go straight on the page.
The honest constraint on bulk
One animal makes a limited run. That is the whole reason this stick exists and it is also the reason we cannot fill an unlimited standing order the week you ask for it.
We can promise you which pasture it came from.
If you need guaranteed volume every month regardless of season, we are the wrong supplier and we would rather say that now than let you down in the middle of a quarter. If you can work with a schedule that follows the cattle, we will hold your order back from each batch before anything goes on general sale.
What makes a stick worth buying by the case
If you are stocking a counter or a break room, the thing that matters is whether people come back for the second one. That comes down to the same short list we would tell any shopper to check: how long the ingredient list is, whether there is sugar in it under one of its names, what is doing the curing, and whether anyone can tell you where the beef came from.
Our buyer's guide walks through all four, including where the national brands genuinely beat us. Worth ten minutes before you commit to a case of anything, ours included.

Our fresh beef is a different matter and stays within about 300 miles of the ranch. The sticks are the part that travels.

Questions we get
Where can I buy beef sticks in bulk?
Directly from us. Call the ranch and tell us roughly how many you go through in a month and we will quote a case price. There is no minimum order form to fight with, because a person answers the phone.
How much protein is in one of your sticks?
We do not have a lab number yet, so we are not going to print one. The nutrition panel is being tested and until it comes back, any figure we gave you would be a guess dressed up as a fact. Plenty of brands are less careful about this. When we have the panel, it goes on the page.
Do you ship bulk orders nationwide?
Yes. Sticks are shelf stable, so they travel by ordinary post to any state with no cold box and no rush freight. This is the one thing we make that ships anywhere.
How many sticks come off one animal?
Fewer than you would think, which is the honest constraint on bulk here. One animal makes a limited run, so large standing orders get scheduled around when cattle finish rather than filled the same week.
Can I get a standing monthly order?
Yes, and it is the easiest way for us to plan. Tell us the volume and the cadence and we will hold it back from each batch.
Rather just ask somebody?
Call the ranch and you will get Justin or Ryley, not a call center.
